Jobs from handing out waters, setting up the course, giving directions and cheering on the athletes are all available.

 Set up and tear down of equipment at the race start, bike course, run course, and race transition areas. Shift Information: Saturday, 4pm - 8 pm Sunday, 6am - 12pm

 Fill the Tinman provided water jugs at the resort, add electrolytes to half of the jugs, and distribute them to 2 locations. (5 jugs total: 3 at the run turnaround and 2 in the transition area. 2 Tables needed total and Tinman provided cups at each location. 300 at the run turnaround, and 200 at the transition area. Making sure water remains full at the run turnaround. Being supporters and cheering on the athletes! Radio provided to call for more water if needed. Begin setup at 6am on Sunday tear down around 11:30am. A vehicle will be needed to drop off water at the run turnaround.

Distribute signs to road intersections (pickup truck required). This is a Saturday job for set up, select shift and Sunday job for clean-up, select this shift as well if you can. Map and instructions will be provided. Saturday 8am-12pm Sunday 12pm to 2:30pm

 Check-in the registered athletes the night before the event, 2:30pm to 6:15pm, giving them their bibs, pins, and swim caps. Check-in will also be on Race Day early morning, 5:00am to 8:00am

 Mark athlete bodies with provided markers at Check-in on the morning of the race. 5:00 am to 8:00am Sunday the 5th.

 Help keep non-athletes out of the transition area. Answer athlete questions. Confirm 10 bikes per rack.  5:00am to 12:30pm. In shifts of 2-3 hours. Ensure bikes are kept safe for onlookers.

 Instruct athletes to mount and slow down to dismount just outside the transition area. 8:00 am to 10:30 am

 Assist athletes on swim course by offering a place to rest or to be able to pull them in if they are done. Safety meeting will be held prior to getting on the water and it will be held on the beach by the start
